About me
I am a 5th generation Aussie girl, born and raised in Brisbane.
I was raised in a Christian home, which led me to explore many other spiritual paths – family history, ancient history and geology.
I’m a science geek, I studied chemistry and food science at Uni, and I also love crystals.
This fed my love of knowing how things work in our world and also within our bodies.
My mum followed the natural health path, so I have been aligned me with a holistic approach to life. This means more to me now than ever before.
I was married and raised 5 gorgeous children with all of their wonderful differences, challenges and unique qualities. I am also a nanna to beautiful grandchildren,
I am a seeker of the soul, of truth and knowledge. This is what led me to divorce and leaving the church to search for more ways to understand life.
Counselling, coaching and higher consciousness beyond ourselves along with this limited reality have always fascinated me and continue to inspire me.
I continue to study and apply new depths of applicable psychology, science, and spirituality to my life and to those people who seek new ideas, guidance and inspiration.
Professionally
I enjoy helping women and young people (16yrs up) who are wanting to grow and transform their lives in the areas of relationships, mental and whole wellness empowerment.
Clients are often seeking fulfilment, ease and freedom from their limiting beliefs, emotional pain, trauma, depression and anxiety that have been holding them back.
Through conversation and action based therapies and techniques, whether hypnotherapy, cognitive or subconscious techniques there is always a safe, non-judgemental and even a fun way to explore and transition old outdated beliefs-emotions-habits into new ways of being and living life more fully.
